THE CINEMATIC CULTURE OF CAREY OTT'S HUMAN HEART CD
 Ott continues to impress. His most recent run of placements on the USA Networks new series, "Necessary Roughness" adds further validation to his 2010 - 20 song Human Heart cd - AND his music
in general. Carey's natural passion and emotional evocation gives TV
music supervisors a musical tapestry that frequently offers synchrony
between specific scenes and his composition.
 In less than a month, beginning August 17, 2011, the shows music supervisor selected Carey's music 4 times within three episodes - Aug. 17 - "Wish I Could"/ "Everywhere The Wind Blows" Aug. 24 - "Wish I Could" and the season closer, Sept. 7 - "Human Heart".
"Necessary Roughness" successful debut was viewed by 4.67 million (#2), A18-49 1.4 (#1t) and after scoring touchdowns all summer long, It's coming back for a second season!

Carey Wins Pop Category in Mog/Tobisha's Battle of the Bands
 More good news came from Toshiba - www.mog.com's "Battle of The Bands Song Contest" where Carey won in a landslide in the POP category for his song "Getting Thru" from Human Heart!
 The win included a cash initiative along with a spanking new Tablet from Toshiba. Mog visited Carey in Nashville for a video interview.

On September 29th 2011, Nashville Fans will be able to enjoy Carey and his band at Live On The Green"
in the great outdoors at Public Square Park in downtown Music City with
several of Carey's friends and peers. Carey plays at 6pm.
