Jeffrey was born April 24, 1945 a son of Beryle Williams of Ashland, Kentucky and the late Poe Jeffrey Williams, Sr. Jeff was retired after 37 years of service with AK Steel Corporation, served in Vietnam in the U.S. Army, was a 1963 graduate of Paul Blazer High School, and was a faithful member of the Meade Station Church of God. Helen leaves behind two brothers Joe Cantrell (Sharon) and Tom Cantrell (June) both of Ashland, two sons Kenneth Hunt and Kevin Hunt (Edwina) both of Westwood, two daughters Jo Ellen Hunt Miller (Tony) of Westwood and Kathy Hunt Spears (Mitchell) of Ashland, 11 grandchildren Aron Clark, Bruce Berry (Angela), Kirk Berry (Kathy), Melanie Hunt Hutchinson, Kevin Charles Hunt, Adam Hunt, Kenton Hunt, Brandon Miller, Kristy Miller Pennington (Aaron), Tracey Burchett, Terri Burchett, 6 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren. 3 daughters, Sue Ann Backofen of Colorado Springs, Colorado. 2 step grandchildren, Scott Evans (Jessie) and Clinton Evans (Megan).
