just wanted to pack it up and take it all home with us, We will definitely rent it again because it provided all that we expected and more, Only recommendation we would make is to put a second chair in the living room, He was always quick to respond throughout the booking and rental processes Upon arrival, He's a great communicator and always available, Our gracious host and homeowner Steven was attentive and accommodating, the owner was absolutely fabulous Always replying to any needs right away and making sure we had a great and satisfying trip, I like to think of it as "luxury in a jeweled box", dining and entertainment Biking/walking all around the different named neighborhoods and enjoying seeing the various architectural style homes, Short drive to Palm Canyon Dr where all the shops and restaurants etc are located I'm going to tell everyone, and everything was so comfortable like our own house, However as was mentioned in prior reviews the beds were very soft in all bedrooms making sleep difficult for all, but that is the only complaint I can think of, Wish the hot tub was bigger as well as 3 people were a bit too crammed in there, Great kitchen stocked with appliances Lots of bedding and sheets, Very clean quite and complete for 4 adults and 1 child, I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental, and they sent someone to fix the hot tub the next day I have to agree with all the other comments about beds being WAY, On the positive side when we arrived the furnace did not work and the Turnkey staff did a wonderful job getting a technician to the house and heat, definitely not the hot tub Ice dispenser in the freezer worked half the time not sure what was wrong with that, House is in a great cul-de-sac location near the movie colony, Nice place in a secluded neighborhood Perfect getaway for family or a couple, the pool and amenities are just fantastic, my favorite thing was enjoying the open air pool house with tv and music, the pool & lounge area were a dream photos don’t do it justice, second super comfortable (comfy king bed comfy pillows coffee maker drinks and snacks cable tv), it's like having a 4 star hotel pool all to yourselves, the place is immaculately clean and so tastefully decorated, clean comfortable hospitable gracious and breathtaking, the listing is so beautiful clean and it has everything you need, the guest house was beautifully decorated clean and well stocked with drinks and snacks, we love the place it was clean comfortable and had everything and more that we needed, the hosts are unbelievably kind and helpful, the grounds are spectacular and the hosts and their staff are so thoughtful, the location is perfect as it's central to everything, the location is fantastic as it’s close to everything yet very peaceful and quiet, highly recommended location close to everything, the listing is very close to the airport and great restaurants, location was great and would definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting the palm springs area, with a spectacular view of the mountains the pool and patio area are jaw droppingly beautiful, the pool is terrific especially with the amount of shade afforded in the afternoon, nice big palm trees plenty of grass lots of chairs and tables and plenty of shade, well outfitted kitchen super clean many amenities and wonderful pool and spa, house was immaculately clean and well stocked, was very clean and offered plenty of space to relax, the hosts were very communicative and welcoming, the hosts and manger are also super attentive and kind, the host was very easy to communicate with, near by is shops and restaurants and the main down town palm springs - so it’s ideally located, this place is great for location to downtown palm springs, chic, remodeled home in the famous movie colony, it was very well stocked with staples upon arrival and the rooms very nicely furnished, we enjoyed the ping pong table and the well equipped kitchen and the two bikes in the garage, the decor is modern and stylish the pool is great the house was very clean, the house was beautiful and clean the pool was terrific and the location worked out well, four of us had a lovely christmas holiday in this comfortable stylish impeccably clean home, they were super accommodating and super responsive, this is a fantastic house with even better hosts, swimming all day in peace and privacy kristin the host was nice and welcoming, the owners are very lucky to have kristin welcome their guests, we really enjoyed this comfortable and beautiful home close to grocery shopping and 5 minutes by car to downtown, this was a wonderful place to stay for a girls week away, great amenities from the pool spa outdoor dining area courtyard and the super cute casita, our only hope would be that the living room furniture would get a deep clean, enjoyed the property with great back yard and pool area, beds are more comfortable than the average vrbo, this was a beautiful home and property -
